Emily, who is a manager at my local att store helped me with great care and personalized service. She was extremely courteous and professional. She explored all options available in order to find me the best deal on my new phone. It is my hope that the corporate office understands just how valuable she is the their organization. I would say based on her performance that she should at the top of her present pay scale or be promoted as soon as possible.

After dealing with a retail store for three days the problem was never fixed. So I decided to go to a corporate store and the problem was taken care of in less than 1 hour. The assistant manager at the retail store told me she had 4 years experience with AT&T and could take care of the problem she knew everything. How can that be when the problem was taken care of at the corporate store in less than 1 hour. Maybe a little bit more training on experience is the answer customer skills and knowledge make it a goal ........ And let her know that I would not work at her store. She said I would not last 40 seconds. Unfortunately I do not have to work. I have people working for me..

Up till this year I was a long time customer of another carrier. I was hesitant to start a relationship with this carrier but my hesitations dissolved after today. the Manager and her team were not just helpful, they were knowledgeable of the product and did a great job of helping me to troubleshoot issues and think creatively about work-arounds. They used their time efficiently even though there were customers coming in regularly. From my viewpoint they could use a few more resources to help streamline their customer support processes. I did notice that people coming in just to pay a bill might have to wait if a certain computer or staff person is tied up.

I have been with at&t going on 15 years even though there are way cheaper carriers, I liked the service. I never had a problem up until March of this year. I cracked my screen, and went in to get it fixed as I had insurance. Instead of getting it fixed I decided to get on the galaxy next up program where I could trade in my older model galaxy for a newer one and get $1000 off the phone. Basically just paying $200 for the newest phone. After months of paying and extremely high bill, continuously calling to ask why, being told the same thing over and over, "your trade in credit hasn't processed, yet. Once it does you'll get all the back credit." I finally called the at&t customer service line (rather than the store) only to be told that I have no pending trade in! No phone has been logged as being traded in. I spoke to the previous manager who told me multiple employees have been terminated, and I am not the only one who's phone is missing from their trade in! I don't know if they had an issue with employee theft or what, all I know is after MONTHS of talking to the same manager about my problem, and him not being able to do anything but wait on his "higher ups" that manager has now left and I had to re-explain the entire situation to a new manager, who now has to wait on her higher ups to do something about it, as this is their first time hearing of it according to them! Meanwhile I've been paying an extremely high bill that I didn't sign up for SINCE MARCH! We are going into NOVEMBER!!! Where is the urgency for your loyal customers? Why do you get to drag your feet, but if I drag my feet to pay a bill I didn't sign up for, my service gets terminated? I even asked if I could turn in the phone and cancel my service without penalty, and nope! I gotta pay the phone off. Consider it was only supposed to be $200 it should be paid! I am so upset. I've never even left a Google review on a business, but being a business owner myself I could NEVER imagine making a 15+ Year customer wait 8+ MONTHS to correct a problem caused by my store. Do not recommend!

Absolutely stay away from AT&T. If you can't DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They're rude, don't know what they're doing, and are obstinate as hell. They have a holier than there attitude. Go to Verizon or T-mobile instead. I repeat do not use this store. There's another one 1 mile north same street and same side.

Pretty sad when employee does not know what she is doing and gets upset and calls her mom to come to the store . Her mom comes to store and attacks my sister . Never again will go to this store

I was having tons of issues trying to get signed up for service online, so I went into the store. A+++! Kayla was super patient, plus she was working by herself and dealt with an influx of customers with grace while she was helping me. She was able to get me signed up and I left with a brand new phone! Give her a raise!!!!!! ?
