This is the kind of operation where you're equally comfortable coming in off the road one time for a road-worthy repair, or where you take your vehicles for all kinds of services.

Gary runs a very reputable business. Conner is great too. Went there original because they worked on carbs, and stayed because of the fairness honesty. Might be some places cheaper for somethings, but coming from family who owned a service shop, it the relationship and trust that counts most.

I would strongly advise against bringing your business here. I had two negative experiences.
In the first instance, my car was left unlocked in there possession and later broken into ans thefted in excess of $300 money and clothes, I brought my Hummer in for diagnosis. The technician called me to say it was ready for pickup, and I informed them that I couldn't pick it up immediately due to a lack of an additional driver. They assured me it was fine as long as I arrived before closing. I arrived explained again that i have to leave the vehicle the tech said its fine you have your keys paperwork and change you are good to go. When I returned, I found my vehicle unlocked, with items missing, including change, money, and clothes. I reported this to the staff, but their response was dismissive. The owner suggested filing a police report and dealing with insurance, but I shortly after giving tbat options, I was met with hostility and when I asked for a refund or resolution no attemptwas made to rectify the situation, I was only asked to leave and tbat they never wanna do business with me again. The situation escalated to the point where I had to involve the police to document the incident.
In a separate incident, I took my mom’s car there, and they misdiagnosed the issue. Despite requesting a refund, this has not been resolved either.
Overall, my experiences have been frustrating and unsatisfactory, with poor customer service and unresolved issues.

Our car had a warning light come on during a road trip and we ended up here to have it diagnosed. Lars diagnosed it and told us we could make it home, no problem. Considering we were from out of town, he could have totally taken advantage of the situation and made up some crazy repair but he didn't. The diag charge was $50. Refreshingly honest and we deeply appreciated it!!

Took our SUV to them after fighting multiple issues for multiple months. Dropped it off to them and they called and discussed what they found, we told them to do what they thought. My wife got her SUV back and has been happier than she has been in some time. All issues were corrected and a fair bill to match. I would recommend these guys anytime. Great Customer service. Also helps to have that Warranty they offer with it.

Good communication from the owner. Was straight forward with me and gave honest, descriptive answers to many questions I had regarding my vehicle. Reasonably priced. I will definitely bring my vehicle back the next time I am having issues with it.
