Good option in Danville. Competitive price and decent location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Tight parking, but plenty of available parking spots.

Seems the Railroad crew was in town. Even though we had requested at handicap roll in shower was told nope . Yet the front men rented four other rooms. Seemed the room we had was not ready. Yet they wanted payment first. That was first time I had paid up front. Crazy for sure. I was told could be cleaned and fresh sheets. Came back pillows straighten up. As u can see not clean hadn’t been clean for awhile. Hum the last straw was when we had no tv, neither tv worked . Seems the box’s was stolen than turned on AC and it started to smoke on high. At that point front desk came to tell us they give us another room. Yet called back to say sorry not one available stay or not. We got refund yet hard to think no other room since three ppl got a room while we waited for refund. To the two men that was waiting for our room. Good luck..sad beginning to wonder bout best western.

Carpet and upholstered furniture could be cleaner, but overall acceptable. Good breakfast.

Checked in late without a reservation prior. Due to a long cross country road trip. The staff are polite, the rooms are immaculately clean. Very little road noise. As long as I remember this place exists I will return for future road trips. I only regret not taking the same route back home to visit again.

The Manager Kaylie and all the lady's Nico, Ashley, Bielie was all awesome they are all helpful and nice. Larry the Maintenance person was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great the place was clean. There was only 1 person that was very Rude Dave he works nights. We will stay here again.

The room smelled like smoke when I entered. I didn’t report it because I thought they would have known about it when they cleaned the room before me. The smell went away soon so we stayed. Now I’m being charged an extra $200 because they claim it smelled like smoke after I left. They are such scam artists!! I am so mad because I don’t smoke nor have I ever and to claim it was me is so wrong!!!!

We stayed one night while traveling during Thanksgiving week. First of all, our heater/air conditioner did not work at all. It (in room #218) was plugged in but not one light would even light up. We called the front desk and she came up and looked at it but could not do anything to help us get heat. The breakfast was very mediocre. The eggs and sausage were barely warm. The tater tots were barely cooked. There was no yogurt even though there was a picture in the breakfast area promoting it. I would recommend checking things out thoroughly before staying at the "Not Best Western".

Good spot to stay, clean rooms, good breakfast, and the night and morning receptionist were both friendly. Good location near downtown and easily getting back on the highway.

I know the hotel only has two floors but we were surprised you had no Elevator. Breakfast was good the room was clean beds were comfortable. It took us a few minutes to silence the chirping of the door not being completely closed.. It would reduce confusion if guest were told about the chirp noise if the door is not locked.
