I had been with them long time but service up North very very bad. Never got my phone working as wanted me change my phone number and up my service monthly pay. There 5days in a row many times a day trying get my phone to work .My phone was OK but the connect service bad so not work 2 weeks but soon have my phone number by another company up and running next week .They had my phone block so had trouble changing companies.

My mom & I came in to upgrade my aunts Android to an iPhone. Cole patiently worked with us all afternoon to make sure everything was set up and running properly.He was a pleasure to work with!!

Why the heck are they closed on Saturdays. Why should I have to drive all the way to Champaign Urbana just to get something done with my phone because you want to close on Saturdays. I would think that would be your busiest days of the week. Not everyone can get to you during the week.
