Maybe it was just sympathy, but the staff were super helpful and friendly. Ended up spending better part of the day there. Staff kept me informed the whole time. Can't say enough, helped me through a highly stressful weekend.

So Not only was the mechanic taking pictures of my car he trashed my drain plug so I had to go across the street to Advance Auto Parts to get a new drain plug and I just now came to changing my oil again myself because I did not want to take it back there because of my experience I had my drain plug is trashed

On Saturday, I took my son’s car into have brake work performed. A service center in another state said it needed to be done, as it had only 2/32” pad left on the front brakes. We didn’t have time to perfect it there.
Shortly after I arrive, the service manager walked me to the back with the car to show me that it still has 1/2 of the pads left. They could have just performed the job any way, not told me, and I would not have been the wiser. But the were honest. There was no charge for taking the wheels off to inspect.
Thanks for being honest.

Very polite, very customer oriented, showed what is wrong and gave options to what to do without any pressure—. And gave all discounts that they offered.. most places will not tell you about discounts-

Great Service! My wife and I were on our way to visit friends and had a flat while driving on the interstate. My wife called and confirmed they had a tire for us and Mary who answered and helped us when we arrived was great! They had a new tire mounted and had us on the road in just over 30 minutes. Mary and the other employees were fantastic the service and conversation while we were waiting exceeded my expectations. When issues come up on trips these are the type of people that you want to find, our day did not go as planned but Mary and company made sure it wasn't ruined. Highly recommend and Thank you Mary for your Excellent Customer Service!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I had an appointment for an alignment at 3pm. As I arrive, I am told there isn't a technician available to do the job. I chalked it up to things just happen, until a lady in the lobby told me she had been sitting there since 9:30am. I almost went home right then. The lady at the desk called the other Car-X shop in town and asked if they could do it. The guy on the phone apparently told her "I have absolutely nothing going on." I drive over there and am told by one employee that they will have the test done in 25 minutes and the alignment would be another 30 minutes. TWO HOURS goes by, and I asked if they were done. Their response was that they had not even touched it yet. I raised my concerns with the people and even told them they would be receiving this review on Google. There was absolutely zero attempt to fix the situation. I don't believe I have ever taken the time to write a bad review; but, considering the circumstances and what may be at stake with a vehicle needing an alignment, I believe they deserve this one.Service: Wheel alignment
