Their service department has lost my business. I have been a loyal customer for several years. Took my daughter's car in and they diagnosed a major issue but could not do the work because the model of the car. I paid for the diagnosis and had the car towed to Champaign. The Champaign service center diagnosis the very minor issue within 5 minutes plus a few other basic services needed. Either incompetence or laziness. I was told by the person at the service desk this will be brought to the attention of the service manager and I will be contacted. I have heard nothing.
