Just ridiculous. ? I sat in drive thru line for like 20 minutes and when I finally get up to the window, they put up a cardboard sign up saying "out to lunch". They need to have a sign up before the window or at least freaking help the people who were waiting the whole time. How rude can you be? ?? It was exactly 12:30 on the dot, they couldn't take an extra min or so to help the people waiting the entire time? Customer service is dead in America now everyone is so entitled and rude.

Some of your pharmacy staff are just rude and un helpful, also has wrong number attached to my son's records and each time I hit no for the number I wasn't offered to in put a correct number

Can't remember the beautiful lady name that works up front ( I think she's the mgr) when they open in the morning but she's very sweet, nice and very cute ( definitely girlfriend material ❣️) . I only go there to get a money order for my rent and see her smile . Store is always clean and clutter free.

The price is economical if you will use a coupon and the staffs were helpful in assisting on how to use the discounts.

Told us they'd get a hold of our doctor so we could get a 90 supply for our insurance and when our prescription got screwed up, they said that our doctor needs to do his job properly.

Currently I'm at CVS drive thru for my prescription. The people in the car in front of me are talking to the girl at the window as she shows them pictures of something on her phone. She then hands them her phone and they continue to talk. There is a line behind me. So inconsiderate.

Made a special trip to the store (#6937) to purchase my nexxus products and a few other small items. I noticed that the sale price of 25% off (or $22.12 each) wasn't posted. Wondering if I might have a mistake, I asked the cashier if there was a copy of this weeks ad. Cashier #2156346 curtly replied that I could look it up on line if I wanted to see it. So I thought, hmm ok. So I did that, got out my phone,opened app, looked up nexxus to confirm sale price. The same cashier (#2156236) rang up my purchase. I had 2 manufacturer coupons, one for the shampoo and one for conditioner. He looked at the coupons and curtly told me I'd have to pay the difference. Common knowledge I think. Then he tried to scan the coupons, looked frustrated and finally told me I couldn't use 2 manufacturer coupons in one transaction. His tone became even more hateful. I politely told him there was no reason to be hateful. Just remove one of the nexxus and I'd purchase it separately. That was difficult for him, and my new total was incorrect, by almost $20, but he couldn't figure out why. In his apparent frustration he became even more sarcastic. He proceeded to start the transaction again. I specifically asked him if that would effect my coupons. He said no, I wanted to confirm that first. And just my luck, my manufacturer coupons for nexxus would not work. He said because he had already scanned them. He told me I'd just have to comeback tomorrow. No offer for a manager to help him override. Nothing, I'd just have to comeback tomorrow. Coupon mistakes happen, being demeaning, hateful, sarcastic and rude is uncalled for. I would not allow my family to talk to me like that, so why should I allow him. Sad day to be a customer. ?

When you go into the store, service is ok. But calling pharmacy about a prescription and waiting on hold for 30 minutes is not! I finally hung up! This is why we changed from Walgreens and now we are getting the same waiting game at this store. Very frustrating!

The line for the pharmacy is always long and slow. I love cvs but they need the Eastside store again. One in a town this size is not good.
