“I have had cricket ever since they have started down in Mattoon Charleston area over 20 plus years and I would never go any other phone carrier in the world they have always been polite nice reasonable and prices I give them a five-star and it don't matter what cricket store I go into I have always had the best customer experience ever so props to their training they have gone above and beyond for me many times I meant there is a few little changes that could happen but besides that for the most part they are hands down number one in my book I have work for the railroad I have been from Texas to all the way up by New York never drop service so with that being said like they're the best keep up to good work and I would recommend you guys to everybody”

“Great customer service no matter what if you bought a phone though cricket store or Walmart they don't refuse service , or ask you 500 questions like up north store . If great customer service and and you really want to keep these employees then the company needs to appreciate these employees give them good raises , give them awards something to be proud of .maybe they can hang on the wall of great customer service behind counter and maybe cricket wouldn't have such a high rate of a turn around and other stores will have better service . Danville Illinois SOUTH CRICKET STORE PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ,THE STORE HAS A AWSOME CREW GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOVE THIS STORE . PS: PLEASE MAKE SOME CHANGES AT NORTH STORE IN DANVILLE ILLINOIS WITH HELP AND GET SIM CARDS UP AT THE STORE , THEY HAVENT HAD NONE PROBLEY A YEAR .
