I want to give kudos to the great care I got from Jasmine. Thanks for the great customer service when we hit a deer and my car got totaled. Jasmine picked me up from the repair shop and took me to the Enterprise office. She and Nate helped remove the stress from the situation. I have to say this location has improved vastly over the last time I rented a vehicle there

rented the car online - ran late the day of my reservation, the nice lady on the phone (I believe her name was Nicky? ) said I could come in at 8 am the next day - which was a relief because I was leaving that day for my trip and absolutely needed the rental.So I was there before 8am at 7:56 according to the lady working. I’m normally a friendly person and greeted the lady at the desk. Told her I was told to come in at 8 am and asked her if she was Nicky. She got extremely nasty and said no I’m Jasmine - and it’s not even 8am yet so please have a seat. It doesn’t look as bad in print but her tone and Body language = rudeI was a bit taken aback by her attitude but sat down and really just wanted to leave but I needed the rental for my trip so I swallowed my initial feeling of embarrassment and sucked it up.She was never friendly and needless to say I don’t think I’ll ever use this location again.The car was good and did the job. It wasn’t what I requested but I was in a hurry and I had the feeling dealing anymore with Jasmine wouldn’t be an easy task.I was also told at the time there was a 300 dollar deposit - I didn’t realize there would be one but I transferred some of my trip money and blame myself there - it may be in the fine print.I received my deposit back quickly after my late night drop off so I can’t complain about it honestly but I don’t remember seeing anything online in regards to that. I understand the need for a deposit but wish I had been prepared for that part.The car was decent- got me where I needed to go. I will just not choose this location in Danville illinois again if that attitude is the regular.Being kind and friendly goes a long way. A lesson which might help Jasmine in the future. Or some training in customer service. Being kind is free.Jasmine and her rude attitude is why this is 3 stars instead of 5.

Nate was very kind, professional, and helped with our rental car experience. This place has gotten better under his management. The parking lot could be bigger and easier to get into, along with a remodel inside.

Excessive wait times and subpar staffing made this a far more taxing experience than it should have been. The staff themselves were friendly and accommodating, though, and did their level best to keep us informed of what was going on. Thanks, guys.

Ne'Keysa, Nate, and Jay provide great customer service every time! I'm a frequent renter and they always make sure my experiences are accommodating, comfortable and professional! They make sure cars are clean and the rental process goes smoothly.

After our car was rear-ended 250 miles from home, we had to rent a car for over a month. Nate took good care of us. My only complaints are the abysmally low availability of vehicles in Danville and their inability to email a receipt to us.

Just like all the other complaints. They don't have cars or promise you a car at a certain time and you show up and, "oh, they have to go get it, it's getting cleaned". Then they get back a half hour later and the car smells like marijuana!

I had zero issues on the customer service side of things. The staff does a thankless job. However, I've got a major issue with the car I was given as my rental. Coffee stains all over the seats, over 75K miles, and did I mention there was a hole in the floorboard?

Absolutely horrible service. They initially changed my pickup time at the auto body shop. Then when I got there they were not even on location. One of the auto body guys had to drive me to their location. When I got there they had me sit down for a while then finally proceeded to tell me they still do not have a vehicle for me and they were going to have to drive me home and bring me a car later in the day. After 20 more minutes of sitting someone finally came to drive me home. Once they finally brought me a car later that day they didn't even bring me the right car. We requested a hatchback because we have kids and strollers. Instead they brought us a small sedan.

I don't know why I ever bother with Enterprise. I booked a reservation, got a confirmation, and went to get it and no car. Representative working extremely rude. THIS IS MY LAST ATTEMPT TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I had issues before in NC with company. If you live in Danville Illinois do yourself a favor and go to Hertz in Champaign.

The car they gave me to rent was a piece of junk! Scratches down the sides, dents all over, speakers inside only worked on 1 side, brake pedal had a horrible squeaking noise everytime it was pushed. It had Expired license plate tags, no registration in the car. When I asked about it I was told it was current & cops could run the Rhode Island plates to discover that. I filled up the car, then returned it, still with a full tank and they charged me a refueling fee because it had 2 gallons less than when I got it! $5.99 a gallon! I will NEVER rent from them again! HORRIBLE!! My rating would be ZERO stars!

This is a -1 star. My experience was just as horrible as everyone else's. Some similar. I waited for it to be said and done, before I leave a review. The experience was awful from the start. I returned the vehicle 7 days ago. They left me a voicemail (today) asking me to return the car ?
