I was forced to.Buy this crazy insurance is worthless I DId all I was asked to do tom pictures, filed a Police report and set they denied my vlak. With a video of someone
cutting my locks off and stealing all my TV and a lot of my power tools this company DuckDuckGo they nevěrným return Phone calls of e-mails and they neber hear your explanation fór any reason you havent Paid. My storage unit was broke into sith Prof the Police arrested someone set their insurance adjostor denied mv claim not a Věry reliable company.

The customer service is TERRIBLE!! I tried to call multiple times and they didn’t pick up (during service hours). I tried to pay them multiple times but wouldn’t accept payment. DO NOT STORE STUFF HERE. Company needs to get stuff together PRONTO it’s horrible. Angry about this!!

Highly do not recommend!This is the dirtiest storage unit I have ever used. Units getting broken in to, huge infestation problem with rats, and roaches EVERYWHERE. not to mention there’s no one there to actually accompany this place. So you have to call a number (a call center in the Philippines) jump through a TON of hoops just to get anything resolved. AND to clearly state, they have no problem taking your money over the phone, and it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to close an account with these guys. So you spend months trying to close while you are still getting charged.Way to go! Customer satisfaction rates are very impressive. Way to handle business.

DO NOT SIGN CONTRACTSNever again will I ever do business here. I have been locked in to a contract that is nearly impossible to get out of. I have spent 4 months trying to close my account with talking to about 20 people in a call center from the Philippines, about 30 different emails to try and send a photo of an empty unit. In those 4 months my unit has been empty and I have notified every person working in this call center. Have reach out to the owner several times, just to get my account closed. After 4 months of just trying to get it closed, I was charged well over $400 every month (plus fees for them putting a their own lock on an empty unit) and I finally have closed my account. No refund has be processed for the 4 months of trying to close my account. This business has been robbing us of our money for literally nothing. An empty storage unit.This place is a nightmare and I would stay as far away from these scammers as possible.

This is the dirtiest storage facility I have ever seen. The office is filthy, the warehouse has a major rodent infestation. I had literally hundreds of mouse droppings in my unit. Clinton was absolutely no help at all when I brought this up. Any other storage facility is a better choice.
