Unloading and loading is very fast, often completing in less than 30 minutes. Drivers with appointments are the first priority and may be serviced one to one and a half hours early, though this is not guaranteed. The facility is strict about appointment times and procedures. Drivers must stop at the stop sign, walk to the shipping and receiving office located on the third left turn, and not back up to a door until instructed. The night shift has a lunch break around midnight. The restrooms are clean, but there is no waiting area after loading. Straps and load bars are prohibited for securing loads.

No waiting if you are on time, but not friendly stuffs.

Fast loading. Done in 45 min. Park at the stop sign, go to the office to check in. Slide tandems, wait for green light, papers will be in the back of the trailer no need to go back in the office. Nice people working here, he explained everything perfect. Thank you

But got docked more than hour earlier than my appointment
