The Gilbert st. Location in Danville Illinois is by far the worst branch. I have banked with first financial for years and have never had a positive experience at this location. I will literally go out of my way to never deal with this branch again.

Bank is old and crummy. Lobby is closed, two tellers do not know why. Treated us very poorly, were rude, and stopped to help other while she was helping us. Will not be back and will not consider using any of this banks branches.
