I was told by the girl working she had to much to do and would have to defect my games which would lower the value of my games I was trying to sell! Poor customer service why should I have to lose money because she didn't do her job and now is to busy.

I know it’s hard to work at GameStop. Corporate policies and such. It’s not hard to acknowledge customers. I was in here today. Two people working. Two total people in store. One of the associates was evaluating a trade in. I get that. The other was putting away stuff off the counter. Waited in line for 5 minutes. No acknowledgement from either. I asked what time they close hoping that would get the one doing busy work to at least say something. I said I’ll be back later because they are too busy. No offer to check me out then. Being a customer and a shareholder makes me sad at this interaction. If there were others in the store I would have stuck it out. But when the customer to worker ratio is literally 1:1.

I went in just for information about a game and the employee was very helpful and knowledgeable about the games in question. I was happy.

I watched the young lady sit in her car on the phone 38 minutes after the store was supposed to open, she didn't get out until I got out of my car and stood by the locked doors of the store. Thats extremely unprofessional and I felt very awkward walking into the store an hour after they were supposed to be opened.

I go in often and I am usually treated like a burden. The two girls working here would rather chit chat or play on their phones than offer any level of guest service. GameStop is a shell of its former self.

I'm not really sure how this location is still open. I came by a month ago and 3 people were waiting to go in. It was past opening time and you could see the clerk just sitting on cell phone at counter. One of the customers got tired of waiting and knocked on the door. The clerk came over and unlocked the door and said,"we are opening an hour later because I was called in early". What? What does that mean. If you were called into work early wouldn't it make more sense if they would at least be open on time. The clerk locked the door then went back to sitting at the counter. I'm not sure about the others but I left. This location is 300ft from a Walmart Supercenter. Other times I've went there and they have been closed in the middle of the day. One evening I stopped by and they had a paper on door saying,"on break be back in a while". Closing the store for a break 1 hour before closing time. Too bad as it seems like a really good location but can't keep customers if they can't access the store when it's supposed to be open. This review is post Covid pandemic 7/19/23

Clerk was very helpful. I didn’t know what I wanted. He suggested a few games that look like I’m going to enjoy. Thanks, wish I remembered his name, so I could commend him.
