MR GIBSON CAME OUT FOR MY REFRIGERATOR, THE ICE MAKER STOP WORKING AND THERE WAS FROST IN THE FREEZER. HE ADJUSTED THE SETTINGS HE FOLLOWED UP TO ASSURE IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY, THEN HE DIAGNOSED AND CORRECTED PROBLEM. HE WAS KNOWLEGABLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. PRICING WAS VERY GOOD.?
