2 cars in the drive through in front of me and it took 35 min. It is literally 20 min every time you get in line here. It wouldn’t be bad if they were busy or you didn’t see 3 people in there talking not doing anything. New bank needed!

Astoundingly poor customer service. New to the state, Iroquois Federal clearly didn't want our business in opening a new bank account with a large sum of money. We opened a bank account down the street at First Financial Bank, much nicer, customer oriented folks there.

My girlfriend has accounts here. We were hard pressed, to NOT find a teller on their cell phone; (all 4 of them out of 6). Even the 2 on their thrones behind the main teller window. It was like a major inconvenience to get one to put her phone down long enough to wait on us. That being said, we traveled to her mother's house in Bourbonnais mid week, and SURPRISE!! Tellers in that branch (3 of them), had their faces buried in their cell phones as well when she had to go in there. Why does the management allow this? For goodness sake management, DITCH THE EMPLOYEE CELL PHONES AT WORK!! Most employers don't allow this. She felt more like a hindrance than a customer.

Needed to change a $100 bill because no business in town takes them anymore, and was rudely turned away because I don't have an account. Despite the fact that I called -before- I came and was told I COULD! Never will, now. Customer service here is garbage.

Great bank with wonderful employees. They have always been there for us and we appreciate their personal attention, which is hard to find at a bank these days. Won't bank any where else!
