I moved into my home in October the process was easy, my realtor walked me through it all and explained everything. Upon moving in i had a few issues, but they didn’t hesitate to fix them away. I would recommend anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable company to rent from.Carlos and his maintenance contractor billy are great. I recently had a plumbing issue with a clogged line and they took care of it in a timely manner.

I've experienced less it's a text only to communicate, I had attempted to go to tge office to see more details on some things it seems permanently closed .

Thank you very much for sending Billy to get the job done. Not only did he do a good job but he was quick, cleaned behind himself, and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done. Been with them for a little over a year now & we’ve had nothing but great experience! When we moved in our home there were a few important things that needed fixed they didn’t hesitate to fix them! They really are kind hearted as we have ran into bumps in the road along the way & they worked with us! In this community we don’t have many rental places to choose from & well the reviews are pretty rough on all of them! I’m glad we took the chance with JAC they really do try but communication is the key people! Following through with said agreements & be kind!!!! THANK YOU JAC for everything you have done for my family!!

I’ve only been here 3 weeks now and I’m very happy with my apartment and my landlord for diligently fixing my issue I had with a water leakage the first week I moved in. I told Carlos( the property manager) about the issue he solved it as soon as possible my bed frame got wet in the process he reimbursed my rent and put together my new bed frame in a timely manner and he was very nice about the whole process

They wont rent to someone who working full time and had a little trouble with law in past with petty crime. But i know people that are renting from these people and got long list of big convictions? How does that make sense? Unless its something else and you guys just refuse to rent to me?

My rent was $683 they never fix anything right they have teenagers working for them. They just patch things up raggedy. Then I moved out and they want me to pay them to fix things the right way now. Had so many mices all they did was patch holes which the mice bit thru again. Carlos isn’t giving me my deposit back which I understand I had a hole in the wall and the rooms need paint. The problem is he’s adding on another $1300 for normal wear and tear. I’m very uncomfortable with the way he handed me while I was a tent and during the move out process. He threatened to report me to the credit bureau if I didn’t pay this outrageous bill. He’s charging me to upgrade the house for the next tent so he can raise the rent. Will watch out for leasing companies next time. I’m disgusted

JAC Property has taken care of my property for several years. They saved me from a very bad property management company who let the tenant damage my house. Since JAC took over, my property is in a much better condition and well taken cared of. I have less stress with JAC looking over my property. Thank you JAC Property Management for all you do to take good care of my house!
