Such a kind lady in the shoe department ( may return if she is my cashier)
Went to the cashier which was the help desk as well, and left wanting to return my purchase as I will NOT support a sales person that is rude! You may need a job but not one dealing with customers.

It used to be so convenient returning an Amazon return here but now you have to walk around their setup in long lines behind people with purchases. It used to be that customer service was for this & other returns & made this easy & efficient. The older woman who tends to work at the customer service desk is usually pretty hostile almost every single time I'm in there.
Also--good to read the room when your lines are long that signing people up for credit cards isn't maybe the best time.

It works in a pinch, but the selection is not great. The staff, however, are wonderful. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I have always had great customer service at this location!
