Appointment was @4. Checked in around 3:45. Expect parking ur truck on the shoulder of the street and then walk to the guard check to check in. **Don’t forget to bring ur license with u** unloading took around 3 hrs for 10 pallets of chocolate. I guess my experience is better compared to other reviews. There is a break room with many vending machines and clean restrooms inside the building. Plus a coffee maker and ice machine.

I got a door an hour early then my appointment time and I have been sitting here for 3 hours. They are supper slow here and I don’t think that they give a shit about anyone’s other delivery’s to other places.

Came way too early, was told to call back at 2pm. RECIEVING does start until 4pm. Gave me a door at 330pm. They unloaded me in under an a hour. Paid the lumper fee 45mins ago. Went to the office. They said I have to come back when I have the green light. Why? Oh Capstone doesn't start until 5pm they have to do your paper work. Huh? Here it is 530pm and I'm waiting to leave. Still no green light or paperwork. This is the stupidest place I've ever baan to. I promise you this I won't be here again. Dumb ass system.

My experience was better then most. Checked in 2 hours early by appt time, I had a door. Lumper was even quick but I only had 8 pallets to count. In and out in under 2 hours.

Receiving doesn't open until 4pm. Appointment time only. Three hours to unload, and I did not have a mixed load easy off, and I was first in line at 4 with a four p m appointment. There is a lumper fee.

Would give a 0 review if I could. Arrive for 6pm appointment get door right away, 3 hour later they finally start unloading. 8 hour later finally get a green light. Short 14 cases and lady felt annoyed to even notify me about the shortage. Finally leave to go clean my trailer to find spit all over the floor. Save yourself the trouble and never come here.

My 1st time here though I’ve delivered to many places around them. The customer service from the gate, receiving and unload was phenomenal. In and out 👍🏾
