People are great
Way understaffed. Hours and hours to get rx filled. No counting just label on box and in bag and still wasn't done 5 hrs later. Might as well use mail order.

The pharmacist needs to work on his poker face. Heaven forbid you have to actually do your JOB and answer a patients question. Very rude and unprofessional.

Ordered my 5 prescription at 9 am went to get at 3 pm were not ready said that they would be in an hour. Also told me 4 of the 5 were too early. Also not right.Telling me I had to wait 10 days due to insurance. Also not true I ordered it 5 days later when I had Completely ran out. So that should not have been possible I will be going back to CVS soon.

It is convenient. BUT THEY SIMPLY ARE NOT to meet the supply and demand. It will take an extra day to get needed meds and the lines will be long. Good people, just can’t keep up.

Was told that my medication would be ready by the pharmacist. Drove 20 minutes to pick it up just to be told it wouldn't be ready for another THREE DAYS. Highly recommend finding another pharmacy if you can, preferably one that is actually on top of being a functioning pharmacy.

You can get through driveup fairly quick. Had an issue with one of my meds but I'm sure it will be corrected.

They are very compassionate which is what sick people need compassion also I noticed when I switched to Meijer s pharmacy the medicine worked better even though the medicine should work the same no matter where you get it, but I wasn't getting any relief with CVS medications, but in glad I switched to Meijer now im happy and that same medication seems to work I personally think it's because Meijer don't order from the cheapest pharmacies, or the cheapest medications,with that, and their friendly demeanor I see myself a customer for life.

Annoying text saying prescription is filled then constantly told its not after driving a half hour. Would call but nobody ever answers and then told in person they don't control the text going out.
