Had a transmission ordered for delivery in the Terre Haute IN area. Paid quite a bit for residential lift gate. No arrangements were made for drop off. Came home after dark and found the unit sitting along our lane to the house. There was required inspection prior to accepting the unit and no one signed for the unit. Core pickup was the same. No arrangements to pickup and the driver called from my place wanting to know where the transmission was while I was sitting in a barber chair. I don't know why people won't do a proper job. I ordered another transmission from a different company that uses a different carrier. R&L will not deliver to my place. If they do show they will be turned away.

Received my delivery at the end of the driveway Didn’t even let me know they were here and just left my package at the end of my driveway. Anyone could’ve came up and stole my package.

Just sent a freight shipment from Indiana to Houston, TX. Original shipment cost was $250. When filling out the form I typed the zip code as 77006 instead of 77066. This resulted in an additional charge of $288 for "re-consignment" to take it the last 15 extra miles. $38 more than the entire original cost of the shipment! Make sure everything is EXACTLY correct before you press enter or they will gouge you on extra charges!

Apparently they can come into business and say whatever they want about people, it not MY job to answer the shipping door. Plus you think they would be required to wear a mask but they don’t because apparently they are immune and can’t carry it must be nice

If I could I'd give it a negative star. They told me my delivery would be here 2-21-2018. And as of that day they have on there website 2-22-2018. Well now it's the 22nd and they changed it again so now they're saying make a appointment. I might as well get it myself and take care of the shipping on my own.
