Robert Boyd and Kayla Sanders are truly the best! They are kind, professional and very attentive to your insurance needs. I have been a loyal customer for many years and never had any issues. If a problem did arise, I knew I could call and they would easily correct and/or explain clearly what is happening. They may not be able to control what State Farm as a corporate office does when it comes to changes, but the handle it with grace and understanding with their customers. Thank you Robert and Kayla for being my good neighbors at Robert Boyd - State Farm Insurance.

Robert Boyd is always nice, professional and will always call you right back if he's on the other line with a customer. Fun Fact: The Jake from State Farm character was rebooted in 2020 for a new campaign with a new actor in the role (Kevin Mimms, aka Kevin Miles), years after the original campaign featuring the famous “Uh … khakis” tagline. The “SNL” send-up featured host Michael B. Jordan playing Jake from State Farm.

They are very professional while at the same time being down to Earth and able to make you feel like you are customer #1 ! Kayla is awesome !!! Robert is great too!!! I’ve had insurance with them for years not only that I rebuild all the State Farm claims in the area yet my bill gets jacked up randomly I don’t get any help over the phone I’m canceling insurance today and finding a provider that’s not stealing from me.

They were open. Could walk right in without appointment. Kayla awas very friendly and answered all my questions. Quote was cheaper than what I have been paying.
