Shoe Sensation offers a good selection of shoes, with friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate that they can return items without a receipt and receive quick replacements. The store is located in the vanishing mall and plays an important role in keeping the mall alive. While the store has a limited winter boot selection and may not have larger sizes for everyone, many find what they need, and service is generally very positive.
I found the shoes I needed, but the store is not a comfortable place to shop or try on shoes. There is nothing attractive or welcoming about the store at all....just a hard, cold atmosphere.
