Shoe Sensation offers a good selection of shoes, with friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate that they can return items without a receipt and receive quick replacements. The store is located in the vanishing mall and plays an important role in keeping the mall alive. While the store has a limited winter boot selection and may not have larger sizes for everyone, many find what they need, and service is generally very positive.
employee was friendly. not the greatest selection of shoes but decent prices.

Sales person was very helpful. Through a discount at the store I got basketball shoes for my grandson and snow boots for my granddaughter. Prices were great.

I found the shoes I needed, but the store is not a comfortable place to shop or try on shoes. There is nothing attractive or welcoming about the store at all....just a hard, cold atmosphere.
