Another liquor store in another eastern Illinois community. They serve our purpose Saturday night without issue I will add. But I would not use them for my regular spirit purchasing. We bought what we wanted, but their spirit selection was limited. They might work for your spirit need. Easy on/off Gilbert street right off I-74 exit.

I have been buying tobacco from strouds for a few years every couple weeks and I go today 11/18/2017 and they tried to charged me way more than I usually pay and then i have my wife call and they give her the correct price on the phone? A lil crooked I would say

I will be giving my money someplace else when in Danville I first stopped in Strouds about a year ago. I was told this is the place to get your lottery tickets. It was a "Lucky Place". I was a little disappointed at how short and rude the manager was when I told her why I came there. I repeated this purchase and other purchases there every time I visited my Step daughter and my grandson in Danville. Figured I could move past the first impression , I needed the luck. I was very surprised to learn that my stepdaughter took a job there. I was surprised that she wanted to work for that manager/owner named Joyce. This past week my Step Daughter lost her grandmother.. She requested a week off to help her grandfather in South Carolina and bury to her grandmother. On the day after she got she got back her husband's mother was rushed to ICU with a 50/50 chance of survival and she had to miss her first day back. The very next day she was terminated. Her "only" form of a condolence was a pink slip. I will find another business (one with a heart) to spend my money in every month I visit Danville.
