I took my TV into Mario at Juke gaming and was assured that they could fix it so I paid them $200.00 dollars up front for parts and labor. After several months and a lot of excuses I Was told that they have had a lot of problems fixing my brand of TV. I feel that this is info that could have been shared up front! I finally got a partial refund and honestly I'm just glad I got away with that after all the waiting. Based on this experience I can not recommend them for repairs it just seemed to me that they were learning as they went and was even told that it was a learning experience for them.

Only getting one star because I had to rate it to leave a review or else it would be a 0 rating. I purchased an Xbox one s from him & had to wait for it to "be ready" . When we got home I hooked it up and the hdmi did not work and the controller was an old dirty wired controller. He does not offer refunds. So I had to wait a week for another xbox one s to come in. About 3 months later, it stopped working completely. I should have just ordered one from game stop and had a one year warranty for $50 more and brand new. My loss, but lesson learned.

I live this place it's a small underrated gaming store that has every retro game or game console you could have. Everything is cleaned very well. They also have some newer stuff like the ps5 or macs for cheap prices. 10/5

The gentleman name Mario whom assisted me was great. Great deal of items for gaming and great selection of computers as well as other items like movies, wrestling characters, headsets, etc. Most of all was able to get the part I needed to repair my device. Would recommend ??

Owner/staff is very knowledgeable with the products in store and was super helpful with the purchase I made. I would really suggest coming here if you have an interest in buying quality games from a trustworthy vendor. 10/10?

Disorganized, messy store. Customer repairs mixed with random games. Many times when asked "this is not for sale" . guy running the store was nice enough, but clearly the owners have no idea how to run a business. PHOTOS ONLINE ARE OF AN OLD STORE.

I've been to Juke a few times. It's a great locally owned business. The owner is a real stand up guy. He's very reasonable, fair, and is willing to work with you. Definitely a must go to for retro gaming. The Juke hasn't been open for very long so I will say newer games are limited. Overall a must check out.
