U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer has a small parking lot with many U-haul trucks and trailers. The staff is great and the service is as expected. The location is convenient and offers U-haul services, as well as package sending. After-hours drop off is easy. However, the cost of truck rental is high and some customers have experienced issues with rentals and supplies. The business has resolved some problems with the help of U-haul. Overall, it has been a good experience for some customers, but not for others.
Went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle when it looked like they wouldn’t be able to honor my reservation due to non-return by others. Really appreciate their diligence and communication. My go-to place for all U-Haul and shipping needs!
