Was lied too was told they would hold package in tilton.. by a supervisor called Red. They package was delivered at my door did not want it its a fraud case.

This place is ridiculous. The sign posted on the door clear states they are open right now. But after I Googled it I'm finding out they are closed and will open at 4:30 PM.

The associate behind the desk (Theresa) is absolutely one of the most pleasant & helpful people I've ever met. My time dropping off a package made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. I absolutely love interacting with people that love their jobs.

Worst UPS I've been in. It's a Customer Center, yet they don't accept things like DirecTV mail back bundles where you can turn in your equipment when say, your father has to move into assisted living and needs to mail back his equipment. This is the main UPS in Danville, yet they don't do the most basic things. They'll stand there and package 7 items for one customer returning things to Amazon, yet they won't package DirecTV equipment and send it back despite having a contract with DirecTV/ATT.
