I used to really love Walgreens, but the one on Fairchild is the worst. I will never go back. They're always out of my medication every month. You would think they would get on the ball and order extra. I think I'll go back to Walgreens in Champaign.

Always have to wait hours for scripts even when you call ahead and ask the time they’ll be available. Poor customer service as well.

Called refill in on 2/13. They said it would be ready 2/14. Waited to pick up until 2/15 for good measure. Waited in line forever to be told it wasn’t ready. I live 30 min away… snowstorm the next day so returned on 2/18 during pharmacy hours to be greeted by this sign. They can’t even spell pharmacy???? I’ll have to attempt my 3rd hour round trip tomorrow as the prescription expires the next day and my doctor has since moved away! This is beyond unacceptable.

This is the absolute SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been to! I don't think they realize that when we have to go days without our meds,we start to have very bad health issues They are playing around with our lives !!!

This Walgreens is the closest in-network pharmacy to me, when I started working from home, I transferred my prescriptions. They consistently don’t have them. I understand there is a nationwide shortage but the Walgreens in Rantoul accommodates. The last time I was in the store, two weeks ago, the manager was yelling at an employee at the checkout.

I was having some major issues with this store/pharmacy which was really causing me to be stressed out which is not good cuz I already have high risk pregnancy but THANKS TO ENNIS!!! HE FIXED IT ALL AND WAS SO HELPFUL AND A COMPLETE GENTLEMAN!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN ! SINCERELY, Stacey W
