THE worst customer service on the planet. If you want to call and be put on hold forever, or maybe kill an hour of time waiting in lines, then THIS is your pharmacy!

Terrible customer service. Spent an hour either on hold or being hung up on just trying to check on an online order. Someone in the pharmacy briefly picked up and very rudely told me I called the wrong department, (I never called the pharmacy), and put me back on hold before I could even get a word in. Ridiculous. I won’t spend any more money here.

Danville Walgreens on Fairchild better get their act together. My mom had her first Covid vaccine on March 6. Pfizer. My husband was with her. She was told to come back in 3 weeks for her second one. Now today she was told “no, it’s April 3”. That’s a month, Walgreens...not 3 weeks. My sister in law called and was told April 3. I called. Talked to the pharmacist who said yes she got Pfizer and the miscommunication could be because they started with Pfizer then went

Would give 0 stars if possible! Unhelpful, Disrespectful, and long wait times. After 4 attempts by phone & being disconnected 3 times to reach someone in the pharmacy- was told my script should be ready fo pickup in about an hour. Returned to pick up script per pharmacy recommendations and was told by the drive through attendant that it wouldn't be ready for another hour. I was told that they would text me when ready- as soon as I left I got the text my prescription was ready. So- back into the long drive-through line for another half hour wait. Staff is either too busy, overworked, or simply doesn't care. Poor customer service- go elsewhere

They were very attentive and pleasant. Had to get passport photos. Took them to update my passport and they were rejected.
