The staff is very nice in person. But good luck getting anybody on the phone. So if you don't mind driving all the way there just to ask a simple question this is the pharmacy for you.

Do not ever give Walmart any debit, credit or EBT numbers. This business steals from customers. I placed a grocery order before Thanksgiving which was stolen by their driver yet Walmart charged me for it. It's been since last year and they still haven't refunded me for this order. I have been told I would be refunded over 30 times but it never comes. Drivers can and will cancel your order and then steal it and YOU will be charged. Any responsibility is pushed off. Store is very dirty and phones are not answered here. I'm not sure why they have phones. I had to go to the store because they refuse to answer their phones. Paperweights maybe? No help at all was given on this problem. I have spoken to customer service (useless not sure why they call it service) billing, supervisors, managers etc...and no one helped. Never recommend, if you deserve a refund, chances are it won't come. Terrible experience. No stars deserved. Had to be reported to Illinois EBT fraud, Better Business Bureau and Police.

I used the home delivery service for the first time and with the help and excellent care of the Pharmacy Manager, Keri, and all the excellent Pharmacy Associates my medications on their way. I am truly grateful.

This place has no working cashiers. Just workers standing around watching the great struggle of self checkouts. I had a cart full of milk, shrimp and steaks that at the end of checkout,,, it scanned twice. Tried to remove the items and alarms went off. This rude black girl started giving a ton of attitude about it so we walked away leaving everything. She began yelling vulgar racist comments so needless to say Walmart can go straight to ....

3rd time they held my script for 3/4 days after dr called it in then couldn't fill it bc it needed order and fell on a weekend so now 2x i have gone more then a week with no medicine and this time no estimated time for when I'll receive! There always an ungodly wait to pick it up and the pricing I'm my account is always wrong!

managers need to be familiar with their store policies. Stop stacking items in the wrong price section if you don't want to have to keep honoring them. Common sense will go a long way.

Passing through on a family trip - I pre-ordered some Covid rapid tests to pick up here. Pickup went perfectly smoothly & we're really glad to have the tests and the extra peace of mind!

HORRIBLE! The pharmacist refused to fill my wife's pain medication!! She had back surgery 5 days earlier and was out of her medication. Our walmart in watseka was out of the medication until Tues. and this is Sat. He said he could not understand the directions on the script and refused to fill it unless he spoke to the doctor, the doctors office was closed on Saturday.We asked him to call the pharmacist in watseka where this medication had been filled 5 days earlier. He refused to do so. We were so frustrated!We went down the street to Meijer and got the prescription filled with no issues.Thank you Meijer Pharmacy!
