Charged 5.5 hrs to do a transmission and transfer case fluid change. Called to say the front and rear differential fluids looked bad so I authorized changing that even though it had just been done a year ago. Got to the shop to pick it up they showed me the fluid. They had only done the front differential and the fluid was grey but did not look that bad. Could not see metal in it. However it does not take 5.5 hrs to perform a fluid change on a transmission, transfer case and one axle for even the slowest person on the planet. Total bill came to over $1,000 they were totally unwilling to negotiate. I feel totally ripped off. Not going back again.

Really great experience! Everyone at Wilson’s was very nice and helpful. The biggest things that stuck out were their pricing and accommodation. I looked up the parts myself to see if I could just do it myself and the parts alone were more than what I paid for parts and labor at Wilson’s, which was awesome. They also were very accommodating with allowing me to leave my truck with them for a short period of time instead of having to go back and forth between the diagnosis and the repairs. I will definitely return to Wilson’s again, and would recommend them to anyone!

My work truck blew it's water pump a mile and a half from their shop. No other workers around to pick me up and no driving services in the area. They were able to get it in within a half hour of drop off and had a new water pump installed in under 2 hours. I thought I was going to be stuck there all day. Super fast, very friendly and great work!

If I was aware this shop, after diagnosis of transmission problems did not perform internal repairs, only complet transmission replacement, I would have went elsewhere. However, all staff were very courteous of my concerns.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Tommy and Mark fixed my car when my friend and I were stranded in a parking lot an hour away from home. We had called several mobile mechanics who were telling us it would be over 2 hours before they could arrive. When I called Wilson's, I spoke with Dani who was so kind and Mark and Tommy agreed to work overtime in 90 degree heat to help me out. It was going to cost an arm and a leg to tow it back home, but Tommy and Mark graciously fixed it in about an hour and a half for almost the same price a tow would cost. Thank you so much, Wilson's! Great work, fair pricing and fabulous customer service.

I cannot sing the praises of Tommy, Dani and Mark for what they did for me and my friend. Whilst an hour away from home, the belt in my friends car came off and the waterpump broke. We were fortunate enough to make it to a parking lot but the car wouldn’t restart. We called multiple mobile mechanics near our location as we didn’t know the area at all. Most were hours of waiting or couldn’t make it (we broke down inconviently at around 4:45pm on a Friday). We called Wilson’s last and they were amazingly kind and offered to drive to us to check out the problem. After finding out we would need to get a part we thought we’d have to get towed home and pay $500 or so just for the tow but Tommy and Mark very kindly offered to work overtime and bring us the part and repair the car in the parking lot in 90 degree heat. We thought we’d have to wait hours but it only took about an hour and a half. Incredible. Absolutely amazing work. Thank you Wilson’s!

My mom recommended this place and I was not disappointed. Dude fixed my 49cc moped gas line. I didn't think anybody locally worked on mopeds. Tommy is one Very kind gentleman, he took care of me and treated me like family.

Wilson's did a great job fixing a missing steel connector on the undercarriage. It was a bit pricey but done quickly and with excellent work. I recommend Wilson's to my friends and neighbors.

Fantastic shop! I thought my car was done for. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, but I was able to get my car fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. They will be getting all my future business. I highly recommend them
