Store not as clean as other locations. Staff rude. Equipment often faulty, then customers left to stand in line again with not even an apology. Management rude as well.

If you're looking for a descent Aldi store to go to in this area you're better off at the one on Ogden by the T J in Downers Grove - it's much bigger, much cleaner and much nicer. This one is small and a bit creepy. Also the checkout here is really very slow.

I went there for the first time. Cashier was very friendly. Customer service top notch. I found everything I needed no problem. I bought an Aldi bag so when I return I can use it. I couldn't believe the price of all the food I bought. I was very happy to see the price. I am an Aldi fan and it met my needs. The shelves were stocked and the store was clean.

It's time to face the music, Aldi, at least in the Chicago area. As far as having items on hand, this year - 2023 - and especially in the last three months, your distribution of regular stock of items on shelves has collapsed. For almost two months, the yogurt shelves were entirely empty, and English muffins were AWOL, along with whole grain white bread. Today, the former variety of the Hispanic items is missing. No taco seasoning; no salsa. From one visit to the next, shoppers can't depend on finding ordinary pantry staples. For weeks, you could sing that old classic, "Yes, we have no bananas." To the folks at Aldi's Batavia, Illinois, national headquarters, one question. When are you going to straighten out your mess?

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for about 10 weeks now. Out of those 10 weeks, they have had whole milk Greek yogurt available only 3 out of those 10 weeks. I called to see when they get shipments, and the call center was not helpful at all (they don’t have phones in the stores to cut down on costs). They are constantly out of a lot of things.

This used to be a great Aldis. It's gone downhill FAST!!! New management sucks. Empty shelves, dirty store, super sloppy and disheveled. No one friendly either. Consistently BAD --- one of the worst now.

All the Aldi that I go to are very low on inventory, they look like they're going out of business. They have been blaming this on a logistics problem now for several months. What's really going on ad when will it be rectified.
