“Store was enormous, clean and orderly. There was even a Halloween-appropriate terrifying noise going on in the back of the store. It sounds like a very large, angry animal was trying to break out of a plexiglass cage or something. Really put the Halloween spirit into the atmosphere. Will visit again. Best retail bathroom experience ever.”

“The Manager at the Wheaton store is the most helpful person I have encounter in all Joann Fabric stores that I have gone to. I called to see if they had an item in stock, she went back and checked. She held it for me until I arrived. When I arrived the person at the cutting department said he couldn't find it, but when the manager heard this, she instructed on where it was and proceeded and help with the order. She was off of work at that time, but remained there until my order was complete. She was extremely polite, helpful and competent.”
