Made an appointment a week in advance. The weather was extremely cold and windy so I called 40 minutes before my appointment to confirm and was told, yes, we'll see you then. I get there at 3:30 and notice 2 stylist and both are busy with customers. I have a seat and after about 15 minutes she comes over and tells me that she is running a little behind. I wait. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time the other stylist comes to me and states that "my stylist needs to fix the front of her clients hair so it's gonna be at least another 15 minutes. I say, I'm sorry but I just can't wait any longer, I have things to do. Her response "well I can reschedule your appointment". Zero consideration for the time that it took me to drive there in bad weather conditions and the hour of my wasted time sitting there. So unprofessional.

I came here to get balayage done and a little trim to reshape my hair. I requested Britni and she did an amazing job. I am so happy with the results. I appreciate that she really listened to what I wanted and in times where I wasn't entirely sure (like on the exact color) she helped me to decide. She's very friendly and does an amazing job. Very talented! I will definitely be coming back for touch ups with Britni.

I set up an appointment with Ciarra a couple of weeks ago. She was nice, but did NOT do what I asked at all. I asked for icy blonde (my hair was already almost there, just needed to be brightened) and I walked out with ash gray. When I got home, I saw in the lighting my hair looked straight gray. I messaged her and she said to use shampoo to get that gray toner out. I also asked her to get me blonde all over. She didn't wanna damage my hair so she gave me highlights saying it will "make me feel blonde all over". You can see from the photo that I am NOT blonde, only the bottom of my hair which was already blonde. Top of my head has almost no change from what I was before. There's more brown than blonde. My family didn't even notice I got my hair dyed cause it hardly was more blonde. Nice girl to talk to, didn't give me what I wanted whatsoever. Now I have to pay someone else all over again to fix what got messed up.

This place is great I went to get Balayage and it turned out great I love it the people are really nice I paid 130 $ for my Balayage it was worth the money!
