“We've had a wonderful experience at Trinity Lutheran Preschool! The staff is caring and dedicated to each child's growth. The curriculum is engaging, and my child has blossomed socially and academically. The facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and communication is always clear. Highly recommend Trinity Lutheran to any parent looking for a top-notch preschool!”
“?I’m so grateful! God led my husband and I to this church, which makes me feel like I’m at home. The kindness and kind attitude of the brothers and sisters make people feel loved, natural and heart-warming. Every time I attend the worship service, I feel like I’m at home. Feel peace and joy! The ambient light is comfortable, and the pastor's preaching style is very personal and life-like.Wheaton Chinese Evangelistic Association is also the church with the largest number of Chinese people in the suburbs. I like it very much!I hope everyone knows the Lord Jesus!”
“A truly fabulous church home. Everyone is like family. Pastor Kelly is a godsend whose heart it truly focused on teaching the full truth of God's Word and teaching us to faithfully love and follow God. He's also terrific at guiding us through the difficult passages. This church has small groups, a large ministry for kids up through high school. Young adult and senior's groups are here too. There is a terrific community outreach program, plus so much more. This is the best church in the Glen Ellyn area! Come visit us.”
“I been a member of proviso Baptist church for over 35 years Under Bishop Claude Porter Founder and Pastor John Harrell, if you're looking for a church that is nothing but love because God is Lovevisit Proviso Baptist the spirit is there.”
“The temple is dedicated to lord Venkateshwara, Ganapathi, Shriram, Shiva, Durga and many other deities.
Large parking spaces.
Located in a very large area.”
“A great parish. Very music centric and all the pastors are down to Earth. The do a wonderful job of communicating the Lord’s message in such a way that they grasp their parishioner’s attention and participation. Very glad I stumbled in one day.”
“If you’re looking for a Spirit-led, Bible-based, open arms kind of church (and why wouldn’t you be?!), check out this church plant(?). It’s of course part of a larger NFC network, but seemed focused on being a blessing to the Villa Park community. It’s meeting in the basement of another church so if you’re looking for deluxe accommodations, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for “salt of the Earth” kind of people, this is a church to check out.”
“I have been to his ministry on many occasions and found it to be impactful, insightful, informative, and uplifting. He preaches the unadulterated Word of God; that’s what I love. Keep preaching and teaching and may God forever bless you and your family. ??❤️”
“Amazing Parish and community. Very tolerant and welcoming of families with young children.
Pastor is fantastic and is very down to earth and leads a reverant service. Choir is on another level. They use a ton of incense which is amazing.
Disregard Therese Doyle's review. Complaining that some women choose to wear veils is pretty nasty. Also, it's church law that you cannot receive the Eucharist if not in a state of grace. You have to go to reconciliation to receive the Eucharist anywhere if you have been away from the church. She needs to learn canon. Sacred heart would be a great place to learn though, hopefully she comes back.”

“Beautiful and traditional congregation that preaches the Gospel and preserves the traditions of the church before Reformation. My only concern is that they suspend Bible Study during the Summer.”
“I’ve grown up in this church since I was 10, very caring and loving place. The young adult English ministry has changed quite a bit since I was a kid. You get free lunch for visitors otherwise $3 recommended donation for Sunday Chinese church lunches.”

“I have been attending College Church since I was quite literally a child. It has been my home church for my entire life. From Sunday school to the college group, to where I am now as an adult and formally becoming a member last year, this is a place that is full of people who are on fire for Christ.Pastor Josh Moody always delivers on his sermons, integrating current events with his messages and Scripture, all while keeping the focus on God, Jesus and the Bible. The staff there are always friendly and attentive, and the ministry programs both at home and abroad are dedicated to living out Jesus's teachings no matter what.If you ever have any doubts about finding a place where you will be welcomed with open arms and can find a sure footing to own your faith and develop your relationship with God, take it from someone who can speak first hand to all the good College Church has done in my life, and the lives of my family.”
“I think these are the nicest people......when they give out the food pantry, they always have a smile on their face, so welcoming, they don't make you feel any less..... I appreciate them every time I go❤️❤️”
“No, this is not Henry. It is his wife, Beverly. This church is there to feed you spiritually. It's more than a building. People care. I know because I just lost Henry to Covid-19 and the caring warmth pouring out from church members has helped sustain me during my hours of grief. Both Henry and I were active members of the church. The church members recognize "We are the church!" Always there for each other. Always seeking and finding God's grace within its walls and being uplifted by each. It is through involvement that one realizes they are gaining more than one could give. It is through being a St. John Lutheran Church member in Darien that we recognize Jesus working through its members. Some things that seem small acts of kindness at the time are huge things to others. Come and see and experience this for yourself. The Holy Spirit will be there to guide and direct you. Jesus has promised this. Bev Grimme”
