A waste of time really to go here. The atm machine doesn't work properly.
The customer service is very unsatisfactory.
Sadly, Most reviews here are reporting the same experiences.

I went to go get a cashier's check and Nadia Michael was the banker. She was rude and definitely racist. She treated me like a criminal. She asked me where I lived and why I was at that branch. She doesn't deserve to serve the public. In fact I will be closing my account all together. Terrible.

I have a business checking and savings account with them for at least 10 years. I went to deposit change into the change machine (only 2nd time I ever have since banking here) when I went to redeem my cash I was told that I am not a customer that gets it free since I only have a business account not a personal account. She waived the fee, however this is the most ridiculous statement made to me.I am calling corporate headquarters to report that is is absolutely obsurd and if it’s even true.

This branch is one of the reasons I have moved my accounts to another bank. I have one IRA left to transfer and attempted that today...unfortunately I had to leave and go to another branch due to the unacceptable level of incompetence at Darien. Glad to be done with them...

Drive thru hours are listed online and on their doors as opening at 8am. I'm here today, 2/19/20 at 8:33 am and the overhead sign says closed. Extremely aggravating
