My husband bought a protein powder on Saturday - two days ago. It's one he has been drinking daily so he was replacing it with the exact same type. He made it this morning and it tasted and smelled foul. It was not expired but he wanted to return it because there is no way he can drink it. Again - same brand and flavor he has been using. He misplaced the receipt, but since it was two days ago, he used his debit card and it was the same cashier; who recognized him, he hoped for a refund, exchange... anything. He was told if he was a reward member, they could look him up. But since he wasn't, there was nothing they would do. Seriously? $35 and now you lost a customer. Shame on you.

I have been a customer of FFY for many years but today, 6/23/24, I came to shop & felt very watched. It was so unsettling to have someone that happen to sweep in EVERY isle I went to. I'm wearing a t-shirt & gym pants. I don't even have a purse! I know it's not me because it's the 1st time I felt this energy. I was about to check out but decided to experiment. So, I went to another isle to see if the sweeper came there too. So as soon as I saw him, I politely put my $100 dollars of merchandise back on the shelf. That sht hurts. It's SO unnecessary. It's never happened before but I can't patronize a place where the staff doesn't see me like everybody else.

Great place to get all my health food and supplements. I am there so much they might give me a store key. Very Educated employees that know what they are talking about. Wish they would open some in the southwest suburbs where the rest of my family lives.

Omg! Stay away. I was in there to do a return for my sister and got major attitude from an associate Annette. Actually, she was cocky, and sounded like she wanted to start a fight with me.I have never been treated so bad , the way I was talked to from this associate. She was acting tough.Come to find out ….she’s Joe’s daughter( the president of the company)! Her attitude was so bad ,she probably can’t find a job elsewhere so the father had to hire her. Father would have been so proud if he saw how she was acting:) As they say NEVER hire family. And come to think about it, I feel sorry for the other employees and customers, because he wil favor her . And the nepotism begins.

Fruitful Yield is my go to for supplements! They almost always have exactly what I need and for cheaper than the bigger stores. Friendly and helpful staff too!

Great prices. Alternative brands are the same quality and taste as brand names, but lower prices. Many great beverages and cookies are unavailable elsewhere. Good quality produce.

It was clean and I found everything I needed. The cashier was so efficient at bagging my items, it was a easy to unload everything. I was greeted at the door with a clean cart. Great Service!
