“We recently visited Fruitful Yield looking for organic honey, but it was out of stock due to a miscalculation in their inventory. Since we had traveled 30 miles using both bus and Uber, the staff went above and beyond, offering us a discount for our next visit to make up for the inconvenience.
A few days later, they followed up with a call to let us know the honey was back in stock. When we returned, they honored the discount without hesitation. Both ladies working there were incredibly friendly, making the experience pleasant and seamless.
The store is beautiful, clean, and well-organized with a welcoming atmosphere that reflects their care for both products and customers. “I travel far just to get since things that you cannot find elsewhere in Chicago. They have many diabetic friendly items. Many vegetarian items. They specialize in vegetable proteins of all kinds. I am particularly fond of Fri Chik which is so delicious and does not raise your blood sugar, it is a great snack with only about 4 carbs. It is ultra processed and ultra expensive though. They have very nice breads, particularly those that are baked round! Love them with oats. They run specials every month so try to get them then. Wonderful vegetable protein turkey loaf. “Huge selection of vitamins, supplements, loose herbs and essential oils! Very professional and well educated girls! They are always busy because they care to answer all your questions! Especially how to find the root cause of the chronic disease! I found it interesting they also offer other services besides being a health food store, like oxygen therapy, iv therapy, massages, infrared sauna, infrared light therapy, allergy and stool testing ....I felt like home with fresh smell of oils and welcoming environment !
