The customer service was not great. The asian looking young man seemed off. I had expressed it was my first time as a customer. I ordered a meal, i was not given my cup for my drink, he took my money and walked off, i was not given a bag or told that i had to bag my own sandwich. I was not told where to get my chips. I enjoyed the #9 sandwich. I just wont be back as a customer

Placed an order online and they called me to cancel it because they didn’t have delivery drivers…not sure what’s the point of the location or business then.

This is at least the 5th time something has gone wrong with my delivery order. This is my first time leaving a review. Past experiences have included getting a call 20 minutes after ordering telling me they can’t do delivery, incorrect orders, and a spilled drink on my front porch. Tonight my order (sandwich, chips, drink) came 1 hour after I ordered it and my drink was not delivered. When I called they offered to have someone come back to deliver a drink, which I didn’t want someone to have to do that, so they offered a refund on the drink.

An hour for a sandwich delivery is hardly Freaky Fast, its quite the opposite. Called the store, and the "manager" didn't seem to be concerned that a sandwich took over 30 minutes (with a motto of Freaky Fast) to deliver. Instead he said, "Yeah, well its raining, and he has 4 sandwiches, so it's on it's way."The driver pulls up to our building, there were 3/4 guys in the car, and it smelt like a Cypress Hill concert. Maybe being super stoned had more to do with the food being late than some drizzling rain.

This place never fails to impress. On most trips in, it's not very busy so the sandwich is almost done by the time I finish ordering it. The online ordering goes pretty well too.

The sandwiches are good, but don't order delivery from here if you're counting on getting it quickly. We ordered delivery online for a quick lunch when we were packing to leave for a trip, and it took over an HOUR, making us late leaving for our trip. We called a few times and they kept saying "the driver should be almost there." They also wouldn't remake the order to pick up in-person.
