“Came out to Downers Grove, IL for my sister-in-law wedding. End up getting a stain on my blazer a few days before the wedding. I call a few of the local dry cleaners and all of them said they wouldn't be able to have it done in time. If they did say yes they charged me my car payment plus more.
I thought I was going to have to travel further out of Downer Grove until I call Chris. Right away he told me to bring it in and he'll take care of it and would have it done in 2 days for me. Very nice, friendly and hilarious guy.
The BEST part is his prices are extremely reasonable. I actually left a nice tip because I felt like I owed him more for not only doing an amazing job, but getting it done so quickly and not being overpriced.
Thanks again Chris, can't thank you enough.

“I have been going to White Cleaners since it opened and the prior owners and the current owners have been courtesy and respectful people. Their services have been phenomenal and I use them all the time. When there was one issue, tey work with me to resolve it. But the quality of their work and the efficiency is the best. I wouldn't talek my shirts, pants and suits anyplace else. These are the best and most reputable cleaners I know and continue to use. They are professional and caring, cheerful and always accommodating to help.”

She replied immediately after reaching out and worked with us to find a good time. We had them do a deep clean, and they paid attention to every corner, and before leaving, made sure to ask if we were satisfied with their service. This is not to say anything of Carla's kindness and congeniality as a human being. She truly believes in serving her clients not just as customers but as human beings. “The washers and dryers work really well here, and it's pretty clean overall. I saw staff walking around pretty consistently, either cleaning the floors, maintaining machines not in use, or otherwise keeping things running smoothly.On the downside, the touchscreens on the card machines seem kinda janky. It took me several attempts to buy a new card with the amount I wanted on it. Also not a fan of the really drab, gloomy grey interior. They also have a LOT of TVs with the volume turned WAY up. Couple this with the echo from the high ceiling and it can get incredibly noisy in here. Also they have a vending machine for snacks, but no drinks, strangely. Guess you can get something at the Jewel nearby if necessary.4 stars overall, decent place to go when I have more laundry than the tiny stacked unit in my apartment can handle.”
“This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed. He left a message and the owner herself actually personally delivered them to our house after business hours. Just incredible. Can't say enough about the service and kindness!Services: Delivery”

“The people at Lee Cleaners are the best, not sure why they don't have a higher rating. I thrifted these Aritzia style pants (size XL) and I'm a petite small. TAILOR in Willowbrook instantly turned me down simply because of a pocket in the back, but Lee Cleaners found a way to make it work regardless. I tried them on today & they're perfect. He still took them back to adjust the length, making sure everything was perfect by the time I had them. Their attention to detail & commitment here is unbelievable. If you're in the Westmont area, give this place a chance for all your tailoring/cleaning needs!”

“I stopped in here to wash some sheets and a comforter that I bought for my son, as he just moved to Lombard from Naperville. This is a great Laundromat! The lady that works here was so helpful and made sure that I knew exactly what I needed to know about using a fast card, coins or a debit card. It is all very convenient. I was so happy not to have to deal with coins. This place is very clean and love that Ace Hardware is next door along with a great restaurant.”
