They have called nonstop. I have 14 voicemails from the same agent. I also have received numerous calls from 3 different agents. When I answered calls because I did not know recognize the number, it was different agents from Life Quotes who offered to transfer me to the agent who has left all of the voicemails, emails and text messages. I am a Geico customer and this is the company they refer life insurance business to. Not the quality of Geico! At this point, it has turned into harassment because I will not finalize the contract for a life insurance policy.

She was a good listener and was able to ask my questions without any hesitation, she obviously knows her role on this job that I can’t say I’ve ran into a customer service person with all the qualifications it takes to sell a product over the counter home and make the customer satisfied with the service and product.
