I walked in on a Sunday afternoon around 2:40 p.m. and as soon as I walked in I was turned away. Saying appointment only! I'm not gonna make an assumption. I am a Black Man and I seriously didn't feel welcome. Either way I'm from Texas so I'm not from here. No where is it stated by appointment only! Idk

Be careful, I stopped in to ask how much a no chip manicure was. I was told $35. When I went to checkout she said it was $45. They have the nerve to change $10 to take off an old no chip. Never was communicated. Too bad, i was ready to call it my new nail place.Service: Manicure

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL Customer care !!! Cindy and her staff are caring, patient, and impeccable ! They know their customers by name and truly make you feel Welcome, like Family ! It's a special place for me. Full of Heart and Soul and connection. I feel fully relaxed when I am there. I'm glad they are nearby, but I would travel to go here even if they weren't close ! ? Thank you to everyone at Nice Touch Nails... I told Cindy it should be called "Personal Touch" since they are so wonderful to their guests. I love them. So much !!! Thank you again, HUGE Hugs !!!

I had been going there for the last 17 years, but things have changed. The last few times I have been there the same lady has done my pedicure. I think her name is Darea. She seems in a hurry all the time and doesn't take her time. She is not gentle and hurts my feet every time she does them. I am not going back.

My happy feets are thanking me for bringing them to Nice Touch Nail Salon: we moved to Chicago a bit more than a year ago, and since that time on advice from my neighbor that i've been coming to Nice Touch Nail Salon to get pedicure done. Today's experience (and all the previous ones) has been very good - the sink where i was about to get my feets soaked was lined with disposable liner as soon as i walked in and greeted by Darae. The stainless instruments were the top of her workstation soaking in rubbing alcohol, and she pulled out the brand new disposable mail files from the sealed package in front of my eyes.. never a doubt it's been used before. The selection of nail polishes is to satisfy anyone's desire. But most importantly the attention and care Darae has given to my feet (is the water too hot? How short would i like to have the toenails cut? any special attention is needed? and yes - my ingrown toenail didn't seem a nuisance to her, and she worked and worked on it to make sure the pains go away. Needless to say, for ur pedicure needs and wants, i wholeheartedly recommend visiting this place. And ask for Darae.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I may not spell her name correctly, but Daeria is awful! first, the salon is constantly changing their prices. Their nail polishes are clumpy, the sinks where they perform their pedicure was dirty, the lady pulled out an old filing instrument that looked like white powder was coming out, and sanitation is not a priority. I'm surprised their still in business. I told Daeria that I knew my nails were still wet, and she insisted that my nails were dry, even after I told her that my nails felt sticky still. I called to let her know, and not once did she apologize. Daeria had the gaw to ask me if I needed to come back to fix them.. I told her of course yes and she was like fine and hung up on me... save your money go else where.

I had the best experience today for a pedicure with Darae. For decades one big toe has been one of those super thick, growing sideways nails that many older people have (I'm in my 70's). I have been going for pedicures for as many decades using many different salons. Today, my "hide-my-feet-while-wearing-sandals" days came to an end! Darae had to coax me into letting her "redesign" my nail, assuring me she absolutely would be able to get it looking normal. I was ABSOLUTELY floored that she delivered on her words. I am SO happy! If you have any problem nails, I absolutely recommend visiting Nice Touch Nail Salon, ask for Darae.

I've been coming here for 8mos and I've loved my no-chip every time from Cindy and Darae. It's lasted 2-3weeks every time! The last lady that did them (the last 3x) does them too thin! She soaked me too long my nail beds burned, the foils we're so tight it deformed a few of my nails. She did 3 coats of polish AND 2 top coats. It's VERY translucent and 3 chipped on day one. I got them done Wednesday evening, I have a weeding tomorrow and my nails look awful. My thumb broke bc of the damage.

Reviews were mixed but I'm new to the area and it's conveniently located down the street so I thought I'd give it a try. I definitely will not go back. I paid 40 + tip for a no chip manicure, which seems to be standard but this was definitely not worth it. The manicurist was a little rough on my nails and they are lumpy and there are several tiny holes in the polish. I couldn't tell while in the salon lighting but when I walked out into the daylight, it was pretty bad. Hard no from me.

My girl rushed through the job. I do not think she did a good job cleaning around my nails. The color on the hands was the one I picked out. She said she could match and then painted it a dark royal blue (toes). Not the color I wanted. Too much paint was put on my pinkie (see photo) never have I had that before. The samples for the no chip was dusty. Place needed to be cleaned in general. I would not return.

Tried for first time a month ago. Very clean and friendly. No-chip lasted the longest I've gotten in the area since I moved back summer 2020. Second time in today and still very pleased with the service. Color seemed lighter than sample but it matched my Pedi perfectly ❤️Service: Gel manicures
