Caught a nail in my tire. Went to three other tire stores in the area, and was rudely turned down by all of them. Finally got to this pep boys before I was driving on a flat. Was met with unbelievable customer service. They gave me an accurate time to have it patched and my crisis was avoided. Shoutout to Jordan and his team for squeezing me in while they were super busy to avoid further damage. Awesome store will be returning for all my car needs.

I recently needed replacement of front lower control arms on my Camry and Jordan at PEP BOYS in Willowbrook was a huge help to me! He provided excellent customer service that started from the initial phone call to me coming in to get the work done. The mechanics did the work in a safe timely manor in the timeframe guestimated! ? These employees represent Pep Boys great! ?

My car broke down on Memorial Day weekend and they were mercifully open, able to accept my AAA tow to their location, and able to get the new part from GM and fix the car quickly, all during a holiday when many other places were closed. I really appreciated their speedy work!

I made an appt for an oil change here indicating I would be waiting for my vehicle. When I arrived at 10:20 for my 10:30 appt I was asked if I was dropping off early. Early? I said no that I was just not late and I would be waiting for the service. He told me they have a full shop today and it would be 1.5-2 hours. What is the point of appointments if you end up with a full shop and cannot accommodate them? Then he asks if I’d like to reschedule. What would be the point of that? And also, no thanks.

I visited the pro boys in Willowbrook and they were 100% better than the on on 53rd and Western in Chicago. Jordan was very polite and helpful compared to the ignorant people on Western. The one on Western needs a complete overhaul from management on down.
