The bad: they raise your rent without warning or notice. In 1 year they raised mine twice and $100 quickly became almost $200. The good: Steve is awesome and wonderful. Knows his tenants and was always just amazing. The unfortunate: I just moved out and well, other tenants have ruined the ability for any kind of dolly or cart to be provided. Which when overhauling things in and out can really be a drag if you don't have your own cart. So to everyone who wronged this place and the coolest dude around, NOT COOL!!

Agree DISAPPOINTING. They never said rates would be raised every year. They have raised my rate almost double in 2 years. If we are loyal customers, or are in a hardship situation, or lost home and are currently homeless, they don't care. I understand I rate a space, but it does not sign and dance or open on its own...I can't afford rent when I am paying rent for a storage unit..Called customer service they couldn't help with lowering
