I called several storage companies to gather information about their availability and services. By far Jim was the most diligent and professional. His follow up was excellent and he went out of his way to provide great service. I would highly recommend you deal with Jim at Safeguard for your storage needs.

The only good thing about this company is its employees Jim & Sheila who work at the Lemont Rd location and work really hard & deserve a raise. Otherwise this company is a rip off. We were charged $300 a month for a 10x15 . We had been customers since 2022 and the HQ wouldn’t give us the time of day. DONT go here!! I’m only giving them 1 star because I can’t give half a star! STAY AWAY!

had a very pleasant experience at Safeguard today, I walked in in need of a small storage unit and Jim the facility manager did an outstanding job at explaining the best options. He was very informative and explained everything in fine detail so the whole process was easy to understand and follow.
Overall i had an above and beyond experience because Jim really takes the time to make sure you understand everything and provides many helpful tips too!
