Their system is terrible not working checked in 3 people came after me checked in there and got seat before me waited over 30minutes no one bats an eye,definitely stay away from this one.

I went in for a normal haircut that I have been getting for about 4 years now. I asked for a 0.5 fade on the sides blended to a 1 with a trim on the top. I left with a buzz cut. Not only was an untrained employee cutting my hair but a trained employee came over to start a lesson on my hair. SHe CUT IT ALL OFF. Un believe able. WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER GOTTEN. It's all written on my record of what I get and they still muffed it up. Didn't even get a discount. Just go somewhere else. Unless you like crappy haircuts.

They gave both my kids amazing hair cuts and I'll admit they are a bit difficult to work with when getting a haircut.

My 12 year old chose to get a haircut to go from his very long hair to a much shorter boys' cut. We had the store manager, Ashley, give him his haircut, followed by a my son's first spa style comfortable hair wash with warm towel and massage.
His hair looks great. Great and easy conversation. It was an all around really delightful experience. Plus the store design is nice. Family friendly environment and a great boy haircut.

All of the ladies are wonderful, and have been a repeat customer for at least ten years. This location is usually very busy.

I walked in at noon and was told an hour and a half wait. Checked in, and came back and hour and 15 minutes later, around 1:15. At 3:00 I still had not been called. System had purged my entry, and 3 hours had been wasted. No one bothered to ask me, and if I had not said anything, I may have been there another two hours and not received assistance. Awful service. Go somewhere else if you want to have your time respected and valued.

I used to get my haircuts from salons, but it is not needed now with the multiple sport clip locations! There is an app to check in for your visit to gauge the approximate wait time. The MVP haircut experience is fantastic, you will pay 3x the amount for this at a salon! The stylists are personable and knowledgeable about cutting your hair in the preferred style. It helps to bring in a picture on your phone. If you are a little skeptical of getting your haircut at a "franchise" and "non-salon" type of establishment, I would recommend giving this place a try. You will be pleasantly surprised!

First time I was here, to be completely honest was a bit nervous as a woman. But Jesi made me feel so welcomed definitely has a passion for hair. I normally go to great clips and usually in and out within 15-20 min. So I was definitely not use to the pampering. Will definitely be coming back for Jesi!!!
