I just left the parking lot @10:30 no one is here to open the store. It’s ridiculous to have to travel to another store because they aren’t open on time and no workers are here. If we as customers have things we need to handle within the store it should always be someone in the store on time especially if you have it listed that you open at 10am.

Terrible customer service at this store, go to a different one. Rating it a 3 because it could have maybe been worse. After spending 10 minutes to find out if any promotions applied to my brother's account(I was there to help because he has special needs), we spent another another 10 minutes while the rep was "checking if the phone was in stock", and then another 5 minutes because of "technical difficulties". All the while the rep was in the back of the store and out of sight. Then later we find that he was charged $35 and given a new SIM card when the card he was using was perfectly fine, making the working, but old, phone he had dead on a cellular level, never mentioning that in the buying process or bothering to test the new phone before leaving the store. Thankfully, the new phone was fine when I did the SIM change later in the day and T-Mobile customer service will be getting a call so they can credit his account for the $35 the rep screwed him out of. Train your people properly.

Eileen did her best to get me through a frustrating situation and everything worked out thanks to her communitication. I was concerned about billing and was gettig vocal and she kept a very calm demeaner, and was genuine in her concern to help me get to the bottom of my billing issue. Thank you!

My mom & i went in on a saturday afternoon to jump my phone and get the iphone 15, as soon as you walk in, AMY greets you with a warming welcome. Waited about 6 min, MARTIN was an excellent help! gave me so many options i qualified for, also very knowledgeable. At the end my phone was taking some time to download the phone update, AMY & RAMI kept looking out for me making sure my phone was updating. when i tell you RAMI can multi task, SHE CAN!:) first time at this location excellent service & i definitely will be coming back.

Stop in today to switch phone service and get new internet service. Service provider Jake was amazing, very knowledgeable. Switching process was a bit long but it was well worth it. Jake kept me updated with everything, which made the process a bit smoother. Thanks again Jake

Eileen was EXCEPTIONAL in her customer service. I had an issue with a stolen phone, she was able to help me get back up and connected. Her leadership abilities were top notch when helping her team members as well as helping me. If you need any help with all the services Tmobile provides, Elieen is knowledgeable about all of it. Very happy customer thanks to her! Highly recommend.

I went to this T-Mobile store today. I received prompt service, however the two employees I dealt with were very distracted. I spoke with Rami, the manager and she couldn't stop playing with the phone she had. She kept repeating. In a very Rote way "How can I help you". I was explaining to her my concerns, and her comeback was How can I help you. She repeated it more than 5 times, while continuing to fidget with her phone. I said, " You can help me by putting down your toy.". I will not go to this store for help again, even though it is less than a mile away. This is not Customer service.Barbara Osterdock

Oooh Nora and Juliana was so kind. They always have a welcoming smile when someone enter the store, no matter how many people may be there or if they are taking care of other costumer they make people (entering) feel comfortable

Yes I recently visited t-mobile store in lemont,to switch from Verizon to t-mobile was greeted by a very nice person named Juliana, this young woman really knows her stuff, helped me with everything, she's very good at what she does

Terrible customer service. I don't care about your tmobile problems attitude. A whole lot of I can't do anything for you. The worst. Surprised they have 3.5 stars. Read all the bad reviews. Not acceptable.

The worst customer service at a physical location, they ignore older people when you walk in. I will never go to this location again and I now have to consider switching providers.

I would leave more stars if I could. We recently needed help transferring data to a new phone and transferring data between two older phones. I had tried to do it myself and ran into quite a few glitches. Juliaunna at the T mobile in Darien was excellent. She really knows her stuff and went over and above to solve our technical problems. She is professional, highly competent and personable. Our phones work great. Martin, another excellent phone wizard, was very helpful. The support staff at this T mobile location work nicely as a team . Thank you Darien T mobile for all your help.

This location scammed me !!!! Do not go to here your are better off just calling t mobile even though u may still get the run around its alot easoer or changing phone company's. My monthly bill is so much higher than what I agreed upon with the agent that helped meAlso were told we paid off the phone and in reality they charge monthly for the phone which they did not tell me. I thought sprint was bad but t mobile takes the cake.Horrible customer service

Beware of the fraud artists working at this store. Kevin?, was "helping" us with our plan change and lied about the cost difference, switched our plan without consent, then was unable to switch it back to the original. T-Mobile customer service was unable to assist with making this right. Avoid this place at all costs. Fraud claims have been filed.
