I want to commend the pharmacist at the Walgreens at 75th and Cass. there have been a number of times when he has gone out of his way to help me with prescriptions that have been held up either with the doctors office or the insurance. This time it was a reader for my husbands diabetic device. The insurance was delayed in approving it and when they did, the store was out one. He called a number of neighboring pharmacies to find out the closest one that had one in stock so that I could get it immediately. In the meantime, he was handling many questions that were directed at the pharmacist only and giving shots to people waiting in line at the same time filling prescriptions. Thank you again I appreciate your hard work, especially in this hard time when store seems to be short staffed.

This pharmacy is garbage, it never has the medications on time, all the time you have to wait like two or three days. If you are sick, it is because you need the medications.

Horrible assistance! Couple times the prescriptions are not ready and you have to wait in hours for your madicine!!With sick kid at home I back 2 times because they said you prescreption is gonna be ready in 30minutes but it's not!SANDRA, SOO RUDE and said I will prepare the prescreption for you in 15 -20 minutes! I waited there and she said go on the line and wait, your prescreption(10people line) is ready! So rude and not helpful!

We have used this pharmacy multiple times. Every time the prescription is not ready on time. Tonight it was an hour late. The pharmacist was on the phone talking about her kids math class instead of helping us. The pharmacist seemed to not care that I was waiting an hour for my kids medicine. We will be picking a new pharmacy. Very disappointing.

Very helpful and friendly staff at this Walgreens. Especially helpful is the pharmacy department. Wi is so professional and caring. The other pharmacy assistants are extremely nice and helpful. I love this Walgreens and I hope they don't change.

We sent our design over to get a poster printed for our baby shower. They said it wouldn't be ready til right before the shower. We went to pick it up and they didn't let us know that their machine was down all morning. Didn't leave us with enough time to go elsewhere to get printed. Very unprofessional and upsetting since our baby shower had no welcome sign then. Can't believe they wouldn't contact us since they knew ahead of time the order wouldn't be processed.

Had a terrible experience at the jewl osco just across the way. 40 min talk with anyone in the pharmacy then there was an issue with my prescription. I sent it here instead, the pharmacist was so nice. Called me about an issue with the script after talking to my Dr first. They didn't have the drug ordered, he spoke with my Dr, got a replacement and had it filled at a store closer to my house. Amazing service, all my prescriptions are gong here from now on.

Going to Walgreens for years. Before they were 24 hrs on 75th & Cass ave. I miss that but that has to be costly for them for that service. The service was good for me. The store part is always stocked on their shelves. That is why I go to this Drug store.

ALL pharmacy tech staff are very rude. When I first moved to Darien one lady would repeatedly question why my address was different on my driver's license vs the one that I had in the system. Sounds minor...but she made me feel as if I was "up to something" when filling my medication. Very uncomfortable. Sorry we were in the middle of a pandemic and couldn't get my driver's license changed! Nothing is ever ready on time but lately, that seems to be every Walgreens. When I would drop off my prescriptions the older lady pharmacy tech would get incredibly frustrated that she had to perform her job and write my DOB & address on my prescription. Coming from a former pharmacy technician myself & clarifying this information with my now new pharmacy. The patient is not required to put their DOB & address on the prescription. They can most definitely do so but it's truly not the responsibility of the patient. She would actually scold me for not doing this task for her. I had a nose surgery several months where I was dropping off pain medication fresh out of a surgery. My wife was driver and I was the passenger. The young gentleman pharmacy tech asked for a driver's license. My wife asked if it would be okay if she presented hers and then when she would pick up she can present mine since mine was in the trunk with my hospital items. The pharmacy technician told me no and I questioned the policy(because I do believe anyone can drop off a controlled substance and present some soft of valid identification even if it's not for the patient on the script). As I'm holding bloody gauze up to my nose he told me I can exit the car while parked in the drive thru and grad it out of my trunk. Obviously irritated and coming off of anesthesia....I got out of the vehicle(knowing this was absolutely wrong and unsafe) grabbed my drivers license from the trunk so the could proceed with processing my medication. This is just a few of the major complaints I have for this particular Walgreens pharmacy location. Do not make your patients get out of their vehicles in a drive thru, do not repeatedly question their address assuming their up to no good, and please be nice to your customers. We understand you're always understaffed and incredibly busy but that's not by any means our fault. We are just simply there to get our medications filled.

The manager is here, he is a stalker, he is chasing you all over the store and even more so if you bring children everywhere he is following you and he is also very racist towards Latinos or people of another color. We must report being to the police or to the Walgreens company.
