I recently set up an autopay with Target through Old Second National Bank. I missed the phone call from personal banker Farah from Old Second when she called to confirm the Target autopay. Not satisfied with leaving a voicemail, Farah called my wife to confirm the same. We could not be more pleased with this extra level of security and customer care.

I was in the Old Second branch in Darien a couple of weeks ago for what I thought would beva horrendous experience. Was I shocked at the pleasant experience I had with Farah, a customer service representative. I needed to replace a lost debit card and I thought it would be a difficult thing to do. Farah made it a breeze and I walked out with a new card in thirty minutes. Farah made it a pleasant experience and gave Old Second a good name.

Farah has been a tremendous help to myself and my family as we work through my parents estate. Her expertise is unmatched. She has been a welcoming, friendly, smiling face each time I come to the bank. I was never one to come inside a bank, preferring electronic options, but Farah has changed my stance on that. I always enjoy stopping in and being welcomed by my Old Second “family”.

A huge heartfelt, thank you to Beverly for her help in ironing out a court ordered dictate for our Guardianship account. Due to the first judges erroneous order it was a complicated situation. I often have to take my dad in to the Darien branch and we love to see Rajini. She is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Rajini takes her time with us and explains everything very carefully to my elderly father. She always has a smile for us and makes our day better.

Rajini at the Cass Ave location of Old Second Bank was extremely helpful in helping my mother resolve some issues with her account. Since my mother lived out of town, she made sure that the account was secure, that my mother's information and account were protected but facilitated a resolution quickly and efficiently. Connie Villagomez was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with my expierience. I am only 17 and didn't really understand how going to the bank and fixing my card works. But she asked me a lot of questions to help me get to the bottom of the problem. She kept me updated through the whole process which was very comforting. She was friendly and I felt engaged in the conversation we had while she helped me. I appreciated her help and hope every experience I have at the bank is like the expierience I had with this woman.
