I want to commend the pharmacist at the Walgreens at 75th and Cass. there have been a number of times when he has gone out of his way to help me with prescriptions that have been held up either with the doctors office or the insurance. This time it was a reader for my husbands diabetic device. The insurance was delayed in approving it and when they did, the store was out one. He called a number of neighboring pharmacies to find out the closest one that had one in stock so that I could get it immediately. In the meantime, he was handling many questions that were directed at the pharmacist only and giving shots to people waiting in line at the same time filling prescriptions. Thank you again I appreciate your hard work, especially in this hard time when store seems to be short staffed.

Very helpful and friendly staff at this Walgreens. Especially helpful is the pharmacy department. Wi is so professional and caring. The other pharmacy assistants are extremely nice and helpful. I love this Walgreens and I hope they don't change.

We sent our design over to get a poster printed for our baby shower. They said it wouldn't be ready til right before the shower. We went to pick it up and they didn't let us know that their machine was down all morning. Didn't leave us with enough time to go elsewhere to get printed. Very unprofessional and upsetting since our baby shower had no welcome sign then. Can't believe they wouldn't contact us since they knew ahead of time the order wouldn't be processed.

Going to Walgreens for years. Before they were 24 hrs on 75th & Cass ave. I miss that but that has to be costly for them for that service. The service was good for me. The store part is always stocked on their shelves. That is why I go to this Drug store.

This is an outstanding Walgreens. Pleasant people and very clean store. The shelves are always neat and stocked. I am very thankful for Walgreens. I go there frequently. Thank you all!!

Worked in the transportation office in Berkeley. I have always appreciated Walgreen. They are open when You need them. The Grant Square location was great on Christmas Eve. Very Helpful. Thank You

Better change the staff or Walgreens will be history. Eye rolls - unpleasant attitude when returning has made my experience very unpleasant- next time I'll make sure I shop somewhere els . Not the first time unpleasant experience. Why hire older women with unpleasant attitude anyway ? So many people need jobs now

Do not go here. They are not following COVID precautions. I saw a man enter the store maskless and they did nothing. The sales clerk said nothing when he checked out. They have no hand sanitizer available for use after you use the POS.

I ditched the pharmacy last year because I just couldn't take their ignorance anymore. Today, despite my better judgment, I went in to pick up a few items quickly. In the Walgreens ad, as well as on the shelf, WalDryl, is buy 1, get 1 50% off. I picked up 2 boxes and went to the checkout. I was told that I could only buy 1 box. Huh?? Apparently. their register cannot ring up 2 boxes of allergy pills! I asked why and said that I could go across the street to Osco, buy 100 boxes and no one would stop me. The cashier and manager had no answers. I also asked if Darien has a Nexium overdose problem , because all Nexium boxes are locked up like Ft.Knox! Again no answer, As for me shopping there again? No answer, but never is a pretty good assumption!

Photographer was so rude,not at all welcoming, frowned face as if he was doing me a favor, didn't clicked a proper passport size pic of my daughter & didn't even asked for my approval. I had to pay $16 for the s**** Over all staff is good but never had a good experience with the photo gallery, very disappointed

Gotta be honest I hate those videos at the pharmacy. They are blatantly selfserving . I doubt a pharmacist ever becomes a friend. Then the makeup artist. What a load of crap
